brings an analytic, creative and innovative approach to advertising steeped in 20 years experience working as agency, research firm, and media for hundreds of businesses in varied industries.
Rich began his career in the promotionally intense amusement park industry. As Advertising Director for Raging Waters in Salt Lake City, Rich mastered the art of integrated marketing communications while winning several international creative and promotion awards. Rich was later recruited as Promotion Director and Account Executive at the 4A shop Harris & Love Advertising.
Rich has intense media experience having worked two years at Viacom owned Northwest Cable Advertising, four years at Fisher Broadcasting’s KOMO TV, and five years at Cox owned KIRO TV. Adding marketing depth, Rich also served as Research Director at the research firm Hebert Research in Bellevue, Washington. At Hebert Research, Rich conducted focus groups for clients such as Norton Utilities in L.A. and New York.
Active in the Seattle advertising community, Rich has served on the board of directors for the American Marketing Association and Seattle Advertising Federation. Rich has an MBA from Seattle University with an emphasis in marketing.

12 years of experience developing unique, non-traditional marketing campaigns complements her ability to creatively integrate multiple media platforms to build a solid brand experience. Rich also excels at helping clients develop funding through win-win community partnerships and vendor campaigns.
Rich co-founded Rich Marketing following a distinguished eight-year career at Tribune Broadcasting owned television stations Q13 FOX & My Q2. Rich led the company’s business development efforts as one of Tribune Broadcasting’s only Business Development Managers. During her tenure, Tribune Broadcasting Northwest developed more new business and non-traditional revenue than any station group in the Tribune Broadcasting family.
Rich began her career at Fisher Broadcasting working in the marketing department and in-house advertising agency for KOMO TV. Rich worked extensively with the Eckstein Summers consultant group to develop groundbreaking cause-related marketing and vendor programs for KOMO TV clients. While at Fisher Broadcasting, Rich also pioneered an innovative talent swap with local radio stations that continues today.
A true leader in her community, Rich serves on the Board of Directors for the Junior League of Seattle and has been active in their efforts to promote volunteerism and build support systems for children and families in the Puget Sound. Rich is also a member of the American Marketing Association and the Seattle Advertising Federation. Rich is a graduate of Washington State University with a Bachelors degree in Communication and Marketing.
